Remodeling and home maintenance can get overwhelmng. Rest assured, I've worked on numerous projects and always enjoy serving my clients. This is a wonderful opportunity to create a home that feels great to your and your family. You still may have a lot of questions. Such as: "How do I know if I can afford this project?" I do my best to give a rough estimate over the phone. It's a quick and easy way to see how your budget lines up with the service. For more involved projects (remodeling), we will likely need to schedule one or more planning sessions to finalize all the design selections. These will be paid planning sessions to ensure you receive the highest quality service. Planning for projects can take a considerable amount of time and I want to make sure all the details are exactly how you want them. "What handyman services do I provide? Here's some examples: switching light fixtures, outlet covers, minor plumbing repair, installing door knobs, replacing furnace filters, attic repair, technology assistance, hanging pictures, setting up furniture, etc.. You may not want to do these items yourself or you simply don't have time. Either way, I'll show up with my shoe covers, keep your house clean, and complete the handyman item quickly and professionally. "What experience do I have?" I've worked in construction for 15+ years. I worked for many years with a general contractor that built schools. I had experience with about every step of building there. I have also worked for a small construction company that offered roofing, remodeling, siding, and pole barns. In addition, I set up and managed a successful airbnb with my wife. "I"m not sure how to pick out remodel items." I believe anyone can pick out items for their house. But if you're wanting to level up your space, then I'd recommend working with a designer. My wife, Danelle Black, owns the other side of this business at www.cagelessbird.com. She offers interior design and decorating for clients. She can offer you a consultation or pick out the remodel items for you. Since remodeling is typically a large investment, I always think it's a great idea to make use of this resource!
